Connecting a GoDaddy Domain to Your Site

Want to use your GoDaddy Domain with us, no worries. Follow this simple guide and you’ll be all set to point your site with us to your custom domain. To begin, Login to your GoDaddy account and then select “My Products” section.

Then, Select “DNS” tab for the domain you wish to map as shown here right pointer

Then, Select “DNS” tab for the domain you wish to map as shown here 

You’ll be creating two records for your domain. The first is an A-Record, as shown here. Simply create or edit your A-Record to point to 72.52.158.132 and Save.

The second record will be a CNAME-Record to correctly point the WWW-Version. As shown here. Simply create or edit your CNAME-Record for WWW that points to yourdomain.com and Save.

Simply create or edit your CNAME-Record for WWW that points to yourdomain.com and Save.

Once these steps are completed, send us a quick message notifying us of the record change. We have a small change that will be necessary for domain mapping to be completed so notification is a must.

Before moving onto the final step, please do not forget this step, as it will result in delays.

Final Step (We Promise!)

Login to your client dashboard and hover over the “Tools” section in the left menu bar. Select “Domain Mapping.” From here, enter your custom domain path & select HTTPS (all our sites are secured via SSL at no extra charge!). Then select Map Domain.

If done successfully, you will be greeted with this screen right pointer

If, for some reason you receive the following message. bottom right pointer

Please do not hesitate to open a support ticket with us. We will look into the issue immediately and get it corrected.
