Connecting a Google Domain to Your Site

Feb 7, 2018 | Domain Mapping

Want to use your Google Domain with us, no worries. Follow this simple guide and you’ll be all set to point your site with us to your custom domain. To begin, Login to your Google Domains account and then select “My Domains” section.

Then, Select “DNS” in the upper right of your domain panel, then navigate to the “Custom Resources Records” section. If you have an A-record set, you can edit this field to map your new domain location. If not, then you can easily add it from scratch.

You’ll be creating two records for your domain. The first is an A-Record, as shown heretop right pointer

The second is a CNAME-Record, as shown right pointer

Once these steps are completed, send us a quick message notifying us of the record change. We have a small change that will be necessary for domain mapping to be completed so notification is a must.

Before moving onto the final step, please do not forget this step, as it will result in delays.
